I am the initial phone call and email recipient, as well as prepping and installing new devices for our customers.

Skills/Areas of Expertise:

Using the customer facing experience from the food industry, I know how to retain friendly conversation during discussions while still working through business related issues and topics. I also have experience working with software and hardware from my college days of studying IT that give me an advantage when diving into an unfamiliar software or hardware related issue.

What They Enjoy Most About Their Job:

The things I enjoy most about my job are the daily customer interactions that allow me to build friendly relationships with those I work with as well as the variety of projects that allow me to constantly learn new things.

Memorable Project/Accomplishment:

My first time being on site on my own, over 2 hours away, while trying to tackle a problem I had no clue how to solve. This experience ended with me not only learning how to solve a problem that no one else on the team was able to assist me with but it also helped me realize that I could tackle bigger issues I thought that I was not capable of.

Hobbies & Interests:

I am an avid basketball enjoyer, both at the college and professional level. Not only to watch, but I also enjoy playing the game as I have my whole life! I am also a big reader, and I collect a personal library of random books that have caught my eye over the years.

Fun Fact:

I am a child of two sets of twins; my mother is a fraternal and my father is identical. On both sides, I also have a great grandparent that were identical twins as well, making it seem like my ancestry includes a generation-skipping twin gene!
