I am responsible for taking care of any issues our help desk cannot take care of. I also help and guide our help desk team on the issues that arise in their department.

What They Enjoy Most About Their Job:

I enjoy talking to our clients and building relationships with them. It's great to work with folks I've gotten to know over the years and helping them work through complex technical issues. Nothing feels better than fixing a problem.

Memorable Project/Accomplishment:

I've worked on multiple core conversions, where I along with the clients have to learn a completely new program. It's a multi-day, even sometimes weeks-long project but when it all comes together it's very satisfying work.

Hobbies & Interests:

Spending time with my wife and 2 daughters (age 7 and 1), golf, stand up comedy, going to the movies, playing video games.

Fun Fact:

I started doing stand up comedy in 2013. I've worked with multiple famous touring comedians and performed at comedy festivals.
